I’m a regular face on Al Jazeera English where I cover international news. I’ve been at the desk for rolling coverage of the 2023 Israel Gaza War, the death of Queen Elizabeth II, U.S. midterm elections, and the overturning of Roe V. Wade.

I’m a passionate story-teller and spent time in South Africa in 2022, reporting on efforts to save endangered animals. It was a career highlight.

Prior to moving to the Middle East in 2021, I was an anchor at China Global Television Network in Beijing. I was head hunted to host its international news and was in China for the outbreak of the pandemic.

In 2015, I was awarded Best Breaking News Coverage in Melbourne, Australia.

I began my media career in 2007 in my hometown of Melbourne, Australia and worked extensively in radio before making the transition to television in 2011 for the Seven Network Australia.

I’ve also covered many sporting events, including the FIFA World Cup 2022, Australian Open, Australian Football League and Rio Paralympic Games 2016.

I love hosting large corporate functions and charities close to my heart.

I’m currently busy completing aMaster of International Relations at Queen Mary University London and I have a Bachelor of Communications from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
